OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the event are:
  1. To allow the clients to meet directly with the service providers
  2. To establish a good rapport between the clients and the service providers
  3. To enhance the performance of the service providers
  4. To introduce to the clients the PIC (person-in-charge) within the Departments/Sections
  5. To provide opportunities for the clients to seek information or to resolve outstanding matters concerning the respective service providers
  6. To serve as a platform to gather information and FAQs (frequently asked questions) for future references
